Everytime I watch a Jackie Chan movie or a Bruce Lee movie, I could not help myself but be involved in my favorite sports actively again. As such, I get to find my old karate weapons which I kept for many years. Oh well, I am second Dan black belter in Karate and that I am proud of it.

Speaking of my Karate Weapons , I have seen similar quality like them at Awma dot com which I thought were sturdy and all. They are basically made up of high quality materials that you cannot simply take for granted.
I think I need to do some splitting, stretching and pumping again just the re-condition and tone myself again. What do you think?
